Orders and Shipping
Once you’ve added machinery to your cart, consider it your wishlist. At checkout, you can either arrange your own transport—submitting an order that secures your stock—or request a delivery quote from us. Please note that if you choose the quote option, your order will only be a request for a quote and will not reserve your machinery.
At checkout, you can pay your order in full with a credit or debit card, such as Mastercard or Visa. Alternatively, if you request a quote, you’ll have the option to pay by invoice or purchase order, and we also accept direct bank deposits. FInancing options are avilable with Mr Loans.
You can opt in from our cart section by supplying the required details.
You can change it in your account or you can contact us and we will change it for you.
MMS will update you on the status of you order from, status updates vary depending on where the machinery is coming from and being transported to. We endeavour to contact you during every process of the order.
We do not keep any of your credit card information on file. This is all taken care of by your prefered 3rd parties such as Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
We charge GST only.
We endeavour to provide our products Australia wide. As we are a young company there may be places we can not ship to. This will be confirmed upon a quote request with transport.
Subject to stock availability and time frames, we endeavour to ship them together, to keep costs down for you. TIme frames will be confirmed upon order placement or quote requests.

We will work for you to process a damage claim with our partners. Processing times will vary due to the due diligence process in evaluating the cause of damage.

Yes, we can ship directly from Hangcha Group in China, if Australian holding stock is sold out. If a product is new to MMS, we will take pre-orders as outlined in the product description.
